DOES THE LION FOUNDATION HAVE A VENUE IN YOUR COUNCIL AREA?

As funds are returned to the communities where they are raised, you can only apply for a grant if there is a Lion Foundation venue in your area.

Check to see if there are any of our Lion Foundation venues in your local council area. If so, you can apply for funding.

If we don't have a venue in your area, you could check www.dia.govt.nz for a list of other gaming trusts who may be able to help.

Since the merger of The Lion Foundation and Perry Foundation, a new Lion Foundation Net Proceeds Committee has been formed in Hamilton to process and consider grant applications from the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.  Any enquiries relating to grant applications from these regions can be directed to The Lion Foundation's Hamilton office on 07 838 3633 or alternatively will be re-directed from The Lion Foundation's toll free line on 0800 802 908.
