Our people play a significant role in our philosophy. Without them we could not deliver on our aim of being New Zealand's leading charitable trust, nationally recognised and respected for helping people achieve great things in the community. Across the organisation, we strive to deliver a service that not only understands our stakeholders' needs, but exceeds their expectations.

Led by Chief Executive Officer, Phil Holden, our team works hard to make a real difference to our grant recipients, our venue operators and most of all, to our communities.

We operate throughout New Zealand, with our head office in Takapuna and regional offices in Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin. Our team of 44 people brings together extensive industry experience and expertise. Contact us here.
