MURRAY GUTRY, TRUSTEE

Murray Gutry became a Trustee of the Perry Foundation in September 2002 and a Lion Foundation Trustee in 2009.

His previous experiences as Chief Executive of Sport Waikato for 4 years, and National Programme Manager with the Hillary Commission before that, have given him an excellent insight into the operation of community groups.

Murray is currently the Chief Executive of the Perry Group, a company he has been involved with since 2001.

Murray has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and a Diploma in Education, both gained from Waikato University. Murray represented Waikato in rugby and was a national athletics representative for 10 years.
